Move-in cleaning is the visit you book for a Camas home you are about to live in, while it is still empty. Cabinets, closets, appliances, floors, and bathrooms are cleaned before boxes and furniture make those surfaces hard to reach. The useful window is between getting the keys and the day the truck arrives.
You are the arriving resident. The clean is organized around how you will use the home: storage you are about to fill, the kitchen you are about to cook in, and the bathroom you will use first. That is a different job from move-out cleaning, which is for the person leaving and is aimed at a landlord or buyer walkthrough. Both homes may be vacant. The question is who the clean is for.
If your furniture is already in the house, a deep clean is usually the better fit, because we would be working around belongings instead of inside empty closets. If the dust is from a remodel, drywall, or paint, book post-construction cleaning instead. Move-in cleaning is for a vacant home that someone lived in, or that has been sitting empty, not for a construction site.
Once you are unpacked, a lot of Camas clients put the home on a recurring standard schedule. That later visit is maintenance. It does not replace the empty-home clean.
